Abhishek Upadhayay is a Chemical Engineer with 19 years of rich experience in Insurance in India and International markets. Over the years he worked in various capacities with Tata AIG, First Policy Insurance Brokers, RSA, AXA Gulf and Siaci Saint Honore Group.

Abhishek is an active non-life Insurance Consultant in Risk Management, Commercial Underwriting, Reinsurance programs and Specialist Consulting. He is also the Co-founder of iRISQ Management Solutions in UAE.

Abhishek has proven expertise in developing strategic solutions to improve efficiencies in insurance industry.

Siddharth Shah, after completing his engineering degree, started working in the re-insurance industry. In the last 6 years he has developed a deep understanding of treaty structures and FAC placement. Siddharth works as product development manager at TejRe.
